Artist's Comments
I like identity design! To me it is one of the most important aspects of design, if someone's identity isn't up to par then it almost completely defeats the purpose of many designs. With my identity I wanted something that tied together with my many interests, for instance - I love type, so I wanted the name plate to be bold and speak for itself, while still showing a fluid, illustrative design growing from the solid type that helvetica creates. Well overall there really is only a few things that I wouldn't mind changing, but I like it indeed.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
